How we help you with your insurance?

How we help you with payment options: We do not accept co-pays, but you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Sometimes we can contract with a school or organization needing an assessment. Our bills are easily submittable to your insurance company, and we can help you know exactly how to communicate with your insurance company so you have a clear plan. Uniquely Personal Touches

Complete Privacy:  Our waiting room is almost never occupied by more than one client at a time, and we have a separate entry and exit so clients do not see each other. We vigilantly protect your privacy!

Our Highly Personal Touch: Unlike practices that will schedule you after you do a generic form, I (Dr. B) always talks with people by phone to allow us to get to know each other, so you can interview me to ensure I am what you are looking for! This is part of my dedication to the Personal Touch model vs. the “drive-by” model of practice.

We Make Your First Step Easy: Fill out the most relevant intake form and we will get back to you promptly. You can also call the office and leave a voicemail if we miss you. Our clients consistently tell us that they love the amount of customization we offer, as we follow the “caftsmen model” vs. what you will get with a more corporate healthcare practice. Not sure if you want to use us? We provide sample assessment reports if you want to see us in action. I always talk with people during a free brief triage consultation so you can make a list of questions to ask.

Meet and Greet:  We sometimes provide for free a meet-and-greet to ensure we are your best fit.

We can serve you at Home: If you are located outside Tucson, Arizona, a free Zoom audio/video connection can be used for our some of our work to minimize your travel costs.
